Biden will not resign, as long as he is President he will be protected from potential prosecution. This particular offense doesn’t meet the scenarios in the 4th Article of the 25th Amendment. Impeachment is really the only path to removing him for this classified document mess.

The question is would the Republican House impeach him? Or, would it be a bigger political advantage to leave him right where he is? Especially knowing the alternative is not much different than Biden, just younger and female.
