My downstairs neighbour, she had a miscarriage. So sad. I see her husband around, nice guy, he looked very sad, I asked, "You OK?" and he told me. Tragic.

Blood clotting. Very typical older women, which is why they are often told to take aspirin during pregnancy. I know from experience.
I’m no Dr and don’t know why this happens, but I was told blood clots cause miscarriage.
