Could be a big fish in a small pond thing, but what do I know. Ring a bell and the waves go out beyond our hearing. Most of us can only hear the first couple waves, let alone ride the frequency out far. I think someone writing stiff like that needs to see most of us are small pebbles. But maybe he's a bigger plopper than most of us.
