I found some older images of him and to my eye he looks younger in the video.

In older photos he has much looser skin and fatty neck folds.

Everything looks tighter now.

His facial features don't look stretched and distorted so not sure how he managed it.

He looks great BTW compared to pre 2020 photos I compared him with.
