God is not inside us all. "You are of your father the Devil" Jesus said to those who oppose him, the edomite Jews. . He also said "test their spirits. A tare cannot become wheat. No matter how much we believe that God can do anything it is not his will to save what is corrupted. He will save what he created because it is "good". The devil has sowed tares among the wheat.
