Does this mean that we get to keep our own oil and gas in the US instead of selling it to other countries?

Does this mean we get to fill up our oil reserves again with what we produced ourselves like My President did (at VERY good price, too)?

Just what does this mean for domestic oil and gas?

I kinda wonder how pricing oil is gonna go in the various currencies. That'll be interesting to watch.
