It was a DOD exercise. Pompeo told us and Trump said you should have told us. Now we need to know why no 9ne else has mentioned this again since?
What are the rules on a DOD exercise ? A President loses power? Did FEMA takeover power? Can a President or anyone else talk about exercise?
