Think about a play ground "teeter-totter" (for lack of simpler terminology) balance beam. it's the fulcrum point which allows the parts to function as designed and it is getting smaller in terms of contact support area vs. weight to keep the balance steady. As more sheep wake up and make their way closer to those who are awake, the pressure exerted on the edge of the fulcrum to maintain balance is failing. It won't be long. Trust the plan. Good point. The seesaw doesn't seem to move at all but at some point, almost unexpectedly, it will flip
