Good luck powering a stove from solar.
Most oven draw 2-5000 watts. If your cooking a roast that’s up to 5kw/h. That’s 50% of the capacity of most dual inverter setups never mind the batteries which would never be able to charge back up with regular use without a aubstantially sized array. Running an oven on solar would require a hefty setup. Most people on solar would advise you to use a gas range or wood burning appliance.
Add home heating which is next on the gas ban and then what? The average home air handler with heating circuit draws 100+ amps / 20-50 kw and runs probably 60-70% of the day during a cold winter…. Mine is 26kw and I don’t use it we heat with wood.
