He hit the nail on the head. They want everything to be electric, including your car, so they can turn down or turn off the power based on a version of your social credit score. You must comply.
Why not just install solar panels on your property? Solves the problem of them being able to cut your power? Or is that bad cuz solar panels?
Solar is high visibility to an army of zombies ready to report suspicious solar activity, as well as automated drones with AI cameras.
Portable solar + electric bike is a workable option for some places.
