Chuck Todd has always looked like a degenerate to me with the messy ass goatee he sported when he first started.

Or maybe because Tim Russert, whom he replaced {we all know what happened to Tim}, had a certain decorum about him.

He's a few job losses from turning into Keith Olbermann
