Does everyone remember that video of the Florida doctor saying if you got the vaccine and you were OK afterwards, you were basically lucky? He then said one of the possible reasons you were OK is because you may not have had a lot of stomach acid. Ever since i watched that video, I have wondered if thats why i had a 2 week spell of Covid.. or whatever it was.. i never tested myself.. but im curious about something, if stomach acid is a contributing factor to a worse outcome with the spike protein, then why would a medicine such as prilosec, which is suppose to lessen stomach acid, be marked online as something to stay away from when talking about covid. I googled the words prilosec and covid and the first couple of results were very straightforward to stay away from this drug. I just got prescribed it.. im sure its over the counter as well.. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

No answer re: covid but please do more research before taking that drug. Lowering your stomach acid has harmful effects. If you're suffering from reflux symptoms, that could actually be caused by not producing enough acid. Here's some info to start with https://bodybio.com/blogs/blog/acid-reflux-causes-prevention#:~:text=Acid%20reflux%20is%20almost%20certainly,get%20worse%20if%20left%20untreated.
The reason I asked my doctor about stomach acid is because I drink 2 monster energys in the morning.. and after watching that video, I wondered if the extra acid from the drinks and covid could be a bad thing. My buddy, who regrets getting the jab, he is a big energy drink guy too.. and he had 2 horrible cases of covid. So I was just curious about the acid.. but I appreciate your input here.. I think I will not take the prilosec anymore and do what sleepydude above said, prebiotic type stuff.
Should back away from Monster as an energy drink, and drink responsibly. A lot of unnecessary chemicals in Monster, and even better energy drinks with no sugar tend to be sweetened with Sucralose, Aspartame, Acesulfame Potassium and other artificial sweeteners that can be harmful.
In point of fact, these sweeteners also are being found to kill gut flora so if the Monster you're drinking has any of these it could be the cause of your problems...and probiotics could do immeasurable good for you combined with slowing down on that.
Instead of monster drinks why don't you just take electrolytes in water? That is quite beneficial and energizing.
