I guess they're welcoming them into this huge corporation called the United States. Now they have their serial numbers also and they can pay their taxes.
I did not know this...but they are on the gov't dole...they don't pay taxes.
They may not, but they have to be accounted for some how. More than likely they have to have a Social Security number to vote in our fake elections.
I am sure that is one of the main reasons...pretty sad...
I think it's so they can dole it out.
