What vaccine was the result of Warp Speed?

It was the J&J, and immediately the MSM jumped on stories of the ill results. The same way they jumped on HCQ when Trump touted it as a cure.

They kept on pounding on J&J until Pfiser and Moderna hit the market, and all of a sudden you saw the blitz for everyone to get vaccinated. Why?

Which ones are in the news now every day for the deaths?
