Figure the odds that John McNoname, Oprah, Ellen, this pseudo-governor, and Hillary (IIRC)—and others I can't even think of right now—all would be seen in public wearing a boot exactly like this, in such a very tiny, concentrated time frame.

The chances of that are so infinitesimal as to be virtually zero.
