I get what you mean about a 2 tier justice system but this isn't that. This is political targetting and should be frowned upon by everyone no matter what tier you are on. What you should really be promoting is the idea that crimes without an injured party aren't crimes at all. The State cannot be the injured party either or they can do anything they want which is exactly what is happening.

What annoys me about what Trump is griping about, is that his complaint appears more centered on the idea that his boy didn't get special exclusion for his crime- like everyone else in "the big club" always does, rather than denouncing the whole corrupt system that routinely allows white collar crimes to go unpunished, nor does he condemn the entirety of asinine tax laws. That bothers me.
