I blame To Kill A Mockingbird for today's problems.
Forget any racial connotations, what I'm talking about is the Boo Radley character.
Books like this teach that the weirdos down the street are in actuality, going to save your life. This is pure fiction, trust your gut instead. If someone sets off alarm bells in your head, don't let your kids near them.
At this point I'm not sure about old Joe. Yeah, he's creepy as all get out. So is the aging animatronic robots a Chucky Cheese. Not sure if that's a real person under that skin mask
Thanks for that, Steve King.
Now Millions of American kids might read Mark Twain books. :>) They can read "Uncle Tom's Cabin" by Harriet Beecher Stowe.
Here is a short list of books banned at many U.S. public schools;
"To Kill a Mockingbird" by Harper Lee
"The Diary of a Young Girl" by Anne Frank
"The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn" by Mark Twain
"The Adventures of Tom Sawyer" by Mark Twain
"Of Mice and Men" by John Steinbeck
There are many others. I hope kids DO discover and actually read some of these too.

Animatronic rats and an animatronic MAP.
He's as real as the granpa you dumped in a home.
Now there is a reason you dumped him in a home, god only knows home Joe Blow evaded such fate.
