Well, I just reviewed my copy of the U.S.CONSTITUION OF THE UNITED STATES.
And guess what? It is not written on what ever it is that they write it upon anywhere or anything on Abortion rights. I scoured the document and found no amendment, no article that specifically addresses or states aborbortion as a right. SCOTUS was correct in their statement as a right that never existed in the first place.
Judicial branch interprets the law and renders decisions based on the main structure (Constitution) position(s) with state law adherence to the guiding principles as ratified in 1789 and built upon to this present day.
As addressed, the SCOTUS has ruled and determined Arbortion is not a right. Laws can be made to address the subject, but not as a right.
