Remember how 0bama left something like 300+ judge positions unfilled? They never thought Hillary would lose. So shortly after President Trump got into office, he started making scores of appointments to fill those vacancies.

I'm of the thought that since DC is a separate "District" within the USA, legally the actor playing oBiden only has influence in that area. All other regions of the USA are under military control via the Insurrection Act that President Trump signed before leaving office.
