Your welcome fren. In addition to blocking the sun this cloud seeding also steals moisture from one area to give to another area.

Also check out the reply I posted to Blue-collar745 with some more links including all the chinese working at Texas A&M on cloud seeding and aersols. You'll definitely want to save those as well.
