Who owns .win? Who pays money to keep GAW going? If not making money then what's the point?

I've been asking these questions for awhile now. Still no answers. No ads, no fees. These forums must be expensive to operate. Some mods and "top contributors" seem to spend all day, everyday here, so it makes me wonder if this is a paid gig for them.

So where does the income come from? Are they selling information they're gathering from us?

But we're not supposed to "question everything" or "follow the money" when it comes to TPTB on .win.
