This is an important post Ashlanddog, it might not get the exposure it deserves, but it articulates perfectly what I have always thought. We aren't supposed to clump together in huge groups. Mob mentality sets in. Anything and everything big becomes corrupt. Jesus was welcomed to speak in the Synagogues except Nazareth and Jerusalem because those priests were bilking the people. Especially Jerusalem. In small communities there is little for the corrupt to be attracted to.

Same applies to today's Church...
