This is yet another money laundering operation that will take money from people who never owned slaves AND from people who never were slaves and give it to people who think they will be the future slave owners. For some reason they are still not able to just transfer the money into their own bank accounts and need to launder it through increasingly transparently ridiculous pretenses. Side benefits are that it further divides the people from whom the money supposedly will be taken and given and creates more resentment towards the government which they think will facilitate acceptance of the great reset. I guess you could also argue that the money is no longer being taken from tax payers but right off the printers.
