Yes,I know. That needs to be changed. Congress needs to defund various of the government agencies: FBI, CIA, DOD, DOJ, FEMA, IRS, NIH, FDA, CDC, Dept. of Energy, Dept. of Education to start. Place them under another agency, with more oversight, new firing criteria, and streamlined.
