It means that he has somebody traveling to the Twitter location, to go through all the documentation, to verify it, and give it validity.

Perhaps BUT for once I would like all the info released. At this point, we should be able to dig through it ourselves. Delays are not helping save people. Sorry if I don't trust someone else fact checking for me.
