Elon established predictability, he will do exactly what he says when he says with prior file announcement and release of twitter files. except the Fauci files, he departed from what they expected him to do, hes making them squirm, maybe even forced them to make a mistake because they expected the Fauci files in a specific timeline. Now they are anxious, even impatient, they will make a misstep.
