Why was a plastic surgeon giving vaccines? Can't he make enough money as a surgeon?

You know the answer to that. Money was likely a huge factor, get a ton of "incentive" bucks from something quick. He likely took the bribe to give the shots and didn't actually give them out which is why he's in hot water.

Everything but life-threatening need for emergency surgery pretty much stopped during COVID. You couldn't get an elective surgery to save your life (no pun intended).
