Maybe, maybe not. I guess it depends on if he takes a plea bargain or waits it out to a jury trial. The tides are turning and if he can postpone long enough the masses will be awake and he'll be exonerated by a jury of his peers.
Edit: I was originally going to argue that $50 per fake card (and presumably per client session) wasn't too unreasonable. I was thinking he wasn't billing insurance companies for the visit, but then I thought, of course he was. Still a hero in my view for sure.
