I find Derek Johnson compelling. He doesn't claim to have any inside information, but he does appear to have a photographic memory. He can cite (and quote) Executive Orders that are in effect, and military law, to illustrate that Trump is still the Commander in Chief, Biden was given a funeral ceremony instead of an inauguration (according to military law and regulation), the National Guard is currently activated and we are currently under military control. It's all right there in the laws and orders, and he explains it very well.
