Plenty of antichrists been around for a long time "... Little children, it is the last hour; and as you have heard that the Antichrist is coming, even now many antichrists have come, by which we know that it is the last hour. They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would have continued with us; but they went out that they might be made manifest, that none of them were of us." 1 John 2:18-19

But the Anti-christ aka Beast of Revelation 13 is not here. Satan not knowing God's timing has always had to have an Anti-christ in the wings.

The individual known as the Anti-christ reveals himeself when he makes an agreement with Israel to commence sacrifices. "... and the people of the prince who is to come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary. The end of it shall be with a flood, and till the end of the war desolations are determined. Then he shall confirm a covenant with many for one week; but in the middle of the week he shall bring an end to sacrifice and offering." Daniel 9:26-27
