I'm afraid that they will be making a example of him. Expect a extremely heavy hand to be dealt. IMO, if he only did this when asked, for people being forced to unconstitutionally put this poison into their system - he has a ground breaking case for Supreme Court

IF he's found guilty. We have no idea what a jury will do. It only takes one person to say not guilty to get a mistrial.
