The despicable key point to this is that he was never charged with raping the boy in 2011. So, if a background check was done, there was NO CHARGE and he had a clean record.

One article I read said that that case is being looked at again to find out what happened and why he wasn't charged.

Those poor boys. I keep praying for them.
