Can it put a person in permanent sleep mode though? So that they are never able to wake up and see all the bullshit going on ?

I don't think "it" can put a person into permanent sleep mode... maybe just put them back to sleep.

I just think some people are automatically in sleep mode, and there ain't no waking them up... sadly.

I should add, there are some (MANY now) that are wide awake and that will never go back to sleep, no matter how hard they try.
