The Declaration of Independence outlines the only plan we need. It is up to the People to either unite and implement, or stay divided and under tyrannical rule.

Legislation titled “the plan” was posted yesterday. It was related to bankruptcy. I read it, but not sure if it’s just by chance it’s called the plan or if it’s somehow related to “the plan”.
