Good question. This is unknown, imo. "The Plan" appears to be event dependent, but also requires us to take action and get involved locally. We are past the 1-20-23 marker, but the 3-4-23 marker is still upcoming. Events appear to be accelerating and converging.

Kamala becoming POTUS may be a marker for military to move. Gov't shutdown may also be a marker for military to move. Things appear to be converging toward inevitable military action as each nonmilitary option is exhausted. 2024 Election is likely the last ditch effort if other events do not trigger earlier. <--Speculation
