It’s interesting. As the homes go up, they put those with the largest families in first, then smaller families and disabled. then teachers, then /Military/Police/Ambulance/Fire. They have built gyms and playgrounds around the blocks. Child care centres and drs. offices. I posted today about hospitals. Lifts service every floor. The foyers are tiled with plants either side of the lifts. The flats are modest but more than comfortable. These people have suffered so much, having their loved ones slaughtered since the Minsk Accords were trashed and many had set up home in bunkers to protect themselves and loved ones, fearful of being kidnapped or even subjected to the rumours many are telling of the biolabs. There are hundreds of these flats being readied and they are using SIPS or Structural Insulated Panels which can go up extremely fast. 🙏🏼
