I remember several months ago how Devolution was a huge topic on this board. I enjoyed the discussion when I had time to follow it.
Is anyone tracking that perspective? Can anyone share some thoughts about how it has unfolded?

It is a lot of reading and it gets into extensive detail. Lots of information, though.
