That does not look like the Vietnam Veterans Memorial. Also, the graffiti looks like it was photoshopped onto the names...look at the top of the paint...it looks like there's a shadow.

I did look at it with my brightness all the way up and the shadowing looks like what you would to to lettering... I could be wrong but again my vision is off right now...
