Did you tell him about ivermectin and fenbendazole for treating cancer. There are lots of posts here about treating cancer.

He needs to cut out ALL sugar. Basically go keto too. Sugar feeds cancer. Carbs are sugar too

Well said. Sugar feeds cancer. Also, for esophageal cancer, ivermectin has shown good results.

Ivermectin and prayer cured my mother of an aggressive stage 2 to stage 4 in 2 months esophageal cancer.
