I don't know why people kept saying it's "on" the right hand or "on" the forehead. Scripture clearly says "in" - the enemy mistranslated the Bible on purpose, be careful.

Well, I don't know of anybody getting these shots in their forehead or right hand, so the point it, it's not the MOTB.
Quantum tattoo is in the shots, so it's already in there.
Then it would be everywhere and the forehead and right hand wouldn't need to be specified.
As OP has explained, the forehead and the right hand are symbolic of your thoughts and actions.
