Rigged, yeah don't know either....that means that the entire membership of the NFL organization are better professional actors than Hollywood and also better intelligence assets than true spies because they can keep a secret.
Not everyone has to be in on it -- it only takes a coach, a player or two and a ref or two to rig a game.
Yes it does. Are we surprised that swarms of people corrupted with money and fame can keep giant secrets as they play out a role for the world stage?
