I always thought they could.

BUT: if they can, would they pick Doocy so often? Or ever?

There's always been something odd to me about Doocy being handed such opportunities to smack the Biden admin around. IMO it's a sign of shenanigans that seem to be benefiting OUR side. Anyone else been questioning this?
