Again we come back to adrenochrome. He didn’t mention it by name in this clip, but he’s talking about the ritualistic sexual abuse of children resulting in their death

Crowley claimed to of killed 150 boys in one year
immortality via vampirism (adrenochrome has healing and rejuvenates)
ritualistic sex abuse.
