I work for a very large financial institution and can confirm, this is being rolled out all across the organization. Employees who were hired as remote will be required to work on site a minimum of 3 days a week.
They have been downsizing the real estate footprint since the pandemic by not extending contracts for leased buildings and shutting down branches left and right. They are currently saying if you’re within X miles from a “Hub” you will need to commute in. Those not in the hub will not need to.
However—- as time marches on, those NOT within a hub location will have one hell of a time getting a new job within the organization as priority will go to those in the Hub.
The writing is on the wall. There is no way this is about productivity and collaboration.

I work for a large corporation and they are pushing this HEAVY! I’d say about 70% of the individuals I receive emails from have their pronouns. Including them in your signature was one way to “earn credit” for the DEI Certification they are pushing everyone to receive.

It was this for me as well. I remember watching this unfold in Reddit as thousands of anons dug through the Wikileak dumps from Clinton’s laptop. When this started getting legs is when Reddit started ramping up their shadow banning, censoring, etc. Unimaginable crimes against children that our government leaders were participating in— and discussing in emails! This made the whole Epstein/ Epstein Island mystery make a whole lot more sense. It pulled back a curtain that was sewn shut from the public for several decades. Sexual abuse and satanic ritual abuse of children is at the core of all our world governments and government agencies.

The United States would be a drastically different country if we got to choose where our taxes get allocated. Imagine if the IRS had a portal where you type in your social security number and have a multiple selection of all of the areas tax dollars get spent and then they automatically get deducted from your paycheck. They could still even list things like “Military Special Ops” to keep a black budgets on the books, but now the people get a say in how much goes into them.
I also believe that there should be a government website that allows the state representatives from both sides put together a list of the most talked about issues the citizens want addressed. I.e immigration, term limits, abolishment of sales and property tax, etc and then citizens log on with their social security numbers and vote for what is most important. Whatever top 5 are by January 1st of that year must be resolved in congress within the next 12 months.
