There are 2 annual taxes with property tax and licensing.

Then you can't forget about your indivdual ability to drive also taxed annually.

Also don't forget about the monthly "friends of gov" tax (aka insurance).

Or the breaking the rules tax (aka traffic tickets).

It's past the point of double or triple dipping, the irs is just chugging the whole jar of dip without even using chips.
