Exactly. That's why I have changed my position on Snowden. If pressed hard, and all facts, and evidence of mishandled, lost, and stolen secret docs is presented out in the open, the govt. cannot prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Snowden revealed anything at all that was not already leaked, lost, or stolen by the govt. prior to his whistleblower leak.

In fact, I am aware that at least some of what Snowden allegedly leaked had made it into the public realm years prior to the Snowden incident.
