No because she isn’t charged here in the US, yet… Nor would we expedite to Ethiopia. But she sure as heck couldn’t travel to Africa or the Middle East ever again without certain risk of arrest. Our first Big Big Arrest will be more political in nature vs. a has-been music or Hollywood Star.
