My grandfather put two drops of "coal oil" on a sugar cube for colds, cough, congestion. I think coal oil was kerosene as it was made then.

How can I upload a pdf on turpentine oil?

It has comments from Benjamin Rush, he’s a doctor who signed the Declaration of Independence and foresaw tyrants using medical emergency for dictatorship. His suggestion about a medical freedom amendment was vetoed.
