I’ve see a few people who believe meat is the most healthy food to eat. For example the carnivore diet which even goes the complete opposite of what we think about veggies. One thing is for certain, we certainly didn’t eat processed wheat until the industrial revolution, thus, our bodies aren’t used to eating it.
I want real data on the health aspects of meat and fats. Do they really cause high cholesterol? What clogs arteries?
Edit; Any recommended books?
The most sensible path forward is to assume everything you've been told by Big Harma, the AMA, and the govt "public health" industry is a LIE intended to keep you sick and paying them the big bucks.
Eggs - meat - saturated fat - butter - bacon - ham - all good for you
Cereal, orange juice, toast, cornbread, skim milk, waffles, pancakes, grits, muffins, biscuits - not so much
The food pyramid is a lie and a sham - the American Heart Assn has known for over 40 yrs that there is no connection between dietary cholesterol and serum cholesterol - and that if you take drugs to lower cholesterol your liver and every cell of your body makes more cholesterol
Its job is to heal lesions in vascular epithelium caused by sharp spikes on sugar molecules and insulin molecules. When a lesion occurs, a signal is sent to bring cholesterol to the site and plug it. When cholesterol plugs one of these holes, it's being the GOOD guy. But we're trained to see these firemen showing up at the fire and blame them for starting it.
Every cell in the body contains cholesterol but only the liver makes cholesterol .
