If the equipment is still in worthy condition, maybe this was intentional. My conspiracy brain instantly went to when Obama was hot mic'd saying he'd have more flexibility after he was out of office. What if, IF, Biden pulling out of Afghanistan early and leaving all that equipment behind was intentional, at Obama's behest, planned to later be sold to Russia where he would get a cut of the pie.
